• Pets are unfortunately not accepted. We are big animal lovers ourselves, but because of hygienic reasons and possible allergies of other guests, we think it is important to give the necessary attention to it. The compactness of our shelters and the specific use of materials, mainly wood, make the presence of animals more likely to cause damage. But because we are such animal lovers, we are looking at reserving one shelter especially for your friend! More information will follow. 
• Energy consumption is included
• Cleaning. You do not have to clean your shelter. However, we do ask you to leave towels in the bathroom and to take off the bed linen as well as to do the washing up. In case of loss or damage we have the right to charge extra cleaning costs, see also our general conditions. For stays of more than one week, an additional cleaning service is included on the 8th day. Extra interim cleaning, laundry and ironing service can be requested as an option. 
• Swimming pool. Our guests must adhere to the safety regulations regarding the use of the swimming pool. See the rules on site.
• We require a deposit of 750€/stay which will be refunded within a week after the stay if the villa and its contents are free of damage and you leave it according to the house rules and general conditions. Guests booking via booking.com should also pay the same rate, despite the amount of €300 being mentioned on the booking.com site. As the owner, we have the right to deviate from this. 

• Where can we collect the key to our shelter on arrival? Upon arrival you will be received by the hostess and given an tour of the villa. We will provide you with all the details and the exact location of your accommodation a few days before your arrival.
• How can we book and pay? We work with an automatic booking system, which will lead you step by step to the final booking. Should you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• When is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 5 PM (with COVID this is delayed to 6 PM in order to give your shelter an extra deep clean) and check-out is at 9 AM at the latest. We ask you to send us your estimated time of arrival in advance. If you are late for check-in, we kindly ask you to call our team on site to inform them of your arrival time. 
• Is there a minimum stay? In high season the minimum stay in one of our villas is 1 week. In the low season it is a minimum of 3 days. Because only then you can fully experience the concept.
• What do I take with me? Bath, bed and kitchen linen is sufficiently present and included. Everything will be ready and made up for your arrival. We advise you to be conscious of what you bring in order to give yourself the necessary rest. The less stuff, the more attention can go to each other during your stay. We will take care of the rest! 
• What in case of emergency? There will be a folder with all the necessary numbers and contacts during your stay. We also provide optimal prevention, with the presence of fire blankets, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. There is also a first aid kit in each shelter. Don't forget to bring your suncream! 
• Are there any shops nearby? Nearby there are local traders (baker, butcher, grocer, ...), where you can buy delicious Umbrian specialties. For larger purchases you can go to the supermarket, which is 10 to 15 minutes away by car. All useful information will be given to you before your arrival.
